Therapy is a space where your worries can be heard without judgement. A space where you can explore your worries with the support of someone who has heard many worries over the years. A space for you to gain a better understanding of your anxieties, where they come from, and what keeps them going. A space where you can learn skills to calm your mind. Therapy, at it's best, is a safe space where you can heal yourself.
My job is to join with you, to listen to you, to be with you in the fog of worry, and to walk with you as you find the path out of your anxiety. Together, we explore how to talk back to and manage your worries and other upsetting thoughts, so that ultimately you can be your own therapist.
